Providing a high-quality “home-from-home” environment that meets HIQA standards, allowing primary caregivers the essential time to recharge.Offering dedicated care tailored to the individual needs of young adults, ensuring their daily well-being and personal growth are always prioritized.
Reset
A trauma-informed space where participants can recalibrate personal goals and transition from stress to stability.
Rise
A commitment to active citizenship, where respite hours are used for skill acquisition and community inclusion, empowering participants to reach their full potential.
Activity and Social Support
In Vantage Point Care we give our participants the opportunity to engage in a range of physically activities. We know that everyone does better when they have a physical outlet.
A major point of difference is our drive to help participants engage in outdoor activities like forest walks, nature emersion and spending exploring fun times with others.
Our Care Process
We accept referrals from across the South East area, funding will need to be in place prior to any overnights.
